A Calgary native, Eden’s passion for movement began at a young age, playing years of competitive soccer. She cemented this foundation at the University of Calgary, earning a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology while also competing on the varsity soccer team for two seasons. Eden then went on to complete her Master’s of Physical Therapy from Western University. She brings valuable experience from clinical placements in orthopaedics and specialized neurotrauma rehabilitation.
Eden uses an evidence-based, collaborative approach, empowering you with the tools and confidence to move well. She combines therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and education to help clients recover from injury, manage chronic conditions, and get back to what they love.
Outside of the clinic, Eden stays active by hiking and skiing in the mountains, running, weightlifting, and playing a variety of sports like pickleball, spikeball, and soccer with friends.
