Workplace injuries can be highly debilitating and more often than not will comprise the exact tasks which you perform every workday.  This can decrease your personal productivity at work, as well as decrease the productivity and efficiency of your company or employer.  At Peak Health & Performance we will help you through the entire process.

What Do You Do When Injured At Work?

  • Promptly report the injury to your employer and WCB-AlbertaNote: there are different forms required if you were involved in a work related automotive accident, injured outside of the province, or if your injury was progressive in nature.
  • Tell your chiropractor immediately so that they can report the injury to WCB within the required time frame.  The full injury report will then be submitted by your chiropractor at Peak Health & Performance to WCB within 48 hours.
  • Seek care as prescribed.  Peak Health & Performance will always prescribe the most evidence based conservative care; these treatment plans are most effective in getting you back to work if followed directly.
  • Progress and final reports will  be submitted directly by your chiropractor at Peak Health & Performance.
