I can’t recommend Peak Healthy & Performance enough! The staff are incredibly friendly and professional and always remember me by name, even though I don’t frequent their office. I would love to try out more services, but I can personally recommend Christine for pelvic floor physio, and encourage any pregnant and/or postpartum mama to visit her for an assessment. She taught me so much about my pelvic floor, didn’t give me a rote set of exercises to follow, and helped me feel empowered as I worked through my prolapse. Check her and the team out!
