Srinidhi Kotikalapudi, or Nidhi, is a Biomedical Sciences graduate from the University of Calgary, bringing extensive experience in concussion research, Fragile X Syndrome, and healthcare accessibility. She is the founder of YouCreate, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting vulnerable communities through creative arts, including the Indigenous-focused Many Different Birds podcast. Additionally, she is the creator of The Aquativity Project, which upcycles textiles into South Asian-inspired fashion.

As a stage manager and dancer with Madhuban Performing Arts, Nidhi brings South Asian cultural performances to life by organizing costumes and coordinating backstage operations. Her commitment to community extends to volunteering in patient support at Foothills Medical Centre and participating in environmental initiatives through Oceanwise.

Nidhi seamlessly blends her scientific expertise with her passions for art, community, and sustainability, all while dedicating herself to creating positive change. In her role as a patient experience manager, she is committed to transforming healthcare interactions into uplifting experiences, ensuring that patients feel valued and supported throughout their journey.
