Madi Boulanger
Physiotherapist Intern
- Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MScPT)
- Bachelor of Kinesiology in Pedagogy and Coaching (BKin)
Madi graduated with her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta. Prior to her physiotherapy education, she attended the University of Calgary and completed a Bachelor of Kinesiology with a major in Pedagogy and Coaching with distinction.
Madi always enjoyed science and learning about the human body throughout her schooling, and this combined with her love for physical activity led her to seek out physiotherapy as a career. She always had a special interest in working with kids, and a clinical placement with the AHS Rural Pediatric Allied Health team confirmed this as her path. Through her other clinical placements, she gained experience working with patients of all ages in both private practice and acute care settings. Madi’s favourite part of being a physiotherapist is connecting with others and learning more about her patients to give them the individualized care that they need. She loves using her creativity to make physiotherapy sessions fun!
When she is not working in the clinic, you can find Madi playing ringette, boxing, rock climbing or hiking! She also enjoys seeking out new brunch restaurants with her friends.
