Annika received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, with honours, from the University of Saskatchewan. Following this, she moved to Calgary to complete her Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta. Once in Calgary she fell in love with the mountains and stayed put.
Annika enjoys working with her patients to achieve their functional goals and is passionate about finding the right approach for each new patient to allow them to succeed. Annika has taken training in functional dry needling (FDN Level 1 and 2) and hopes to continue to expand her knowledge and skills to better serve her patients.
In her free time, you can find Annika hiking in the mountains with her dogs, rock climbing with friends, sewing and baking or spending time with family.
