Ana is a physiotherapist from Costa Rica that recently arrived to Canada. She has 8 years of experience helping people through their health journey, with a special interest in pelvic floor physiotherapy and self-defined as total human body geek.You will often find her reading or learning something new (to add to her inner book of fun facts) or moving along to music. She also enjoys food, movies, anime and manga, taking walks and just connecting to herself through movement and writing.
