Aaron grew up in Carbonear playing a variety of sports and musical instruments. He currently likes to live and promote a healthy lifestyle through fitness, activity and a balanced diet (everything in moderation!).

He centres his treatments around each individual patient, and uses a combination of manual therapy, movement strategies, therapeutic exercise, needling and psychology. Aaron also believes that patient education is key in helping people understand their bodies, prevent future injuries, and successful aging!

With a passion for learning, Aaron has taken post graduate courses in orthopaedics, movement systems impairments, dry needling, acupuncture, and has a clinical interest in treating chronic pain.
