Blair’s passion for Physiotherapy comes from his athletic background, which started in track and field and has since progressed to cycling, running and competing in triathlons. He was fortunate to compete at the Junior Pan American Games in Pole-vault, as well as Worlds in Triathlon in 2014.

Blair’s personal difficulties with sports injuries over the years has given him ample experience and understanding with his patients. He now has a strong focus on injury prevention and biomechanical assessments to prevent injuries before they occur.

Blair is a strong believer in establishing attainable goals for each and every patient. No matter what the goal is – to walk up the stairs or to finish a race – establishing goals early on improves the quality of care, ensuring treatment plans are progressing and meeting the needs of each and every patient. Blair uses a hands-on approach, utilizing: biomechanical assessments, education, manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, taping, bracing and rehabilitative exercise to help each patient achieve their individual goals.
