Calista developed a passion for movement early on, competing as a dancer and track athlete throughout her early years. Her interest in athletics took her to the University of Lethbridge, where she earned her Bachelor of Science with great distinction in Kinesiology while competing as a Track and Field athlete.
She then followed a dream to study abroad and moved to Aberdeen, Scotland. There she got her Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Robert Gordon University. While in Scotland, she missed the Alberta blue sky, but fell in love with exploring castle ruins and swimming in the North Sea.
Calista believes that movement of any sort is the greatest medicine. She utilizes a combination of evidence-based treatment practices and functional exercises to create an individualized recovery plan. She has a passion for helping people of all ages and abilities feel empowered to get back to what they enjoy doing most. Calista can’t wait to help you achieve your goal, whatever it may be.
