Heather began at Peak Health as a Patient Experience Manager and through her passion for assisting patients with exceptional patient care and a special love for numbers, her role grew to become the Claims and Accounts Lead for the company. Heather ensures smooth claims processing and financial transactions, while continuing to actively support patients on their journey to recovery.

Heather enjoys reading a good book and loves staying up to date with football in her home country of England, where her love for sports continues to grow. She is thrilled to have the chance to welcome you and be a part of your experience at Peak Health!
