Born and raised in Calgary, Krista graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology and then went on to obtain a Masters in Physiotherapy from the University of Alberta.
Krista enjoys working with clients of all ages, using a combination of education, manual therapy and therapeutic exercise to help you achieve your goals. She uses an evidence based approach and works to build a treatment plan that is specific to each person and fits into their lifestyle. She enjoys collaborating with her patients to find the best approach for them. Krista has additional training in pelvic health physiotherapy and dry needling/IMS.
Outside of the clinic Krista enjoys spending her time in the mountains hiking, in the pool swimming or on her couch knitting socks.
