I have been coming here pretty much since they were open. Great to see what it's grown to what it is now. Kate and Evan are awesome and really know how to hire an all-star team. The staff at the counter are super friendly, especially Jana! It's always welcoming being greeted by them when I come in for my appointments. I've had Blair as my Physio to help get me recovered from years of back pain and a leg surgery from 2 years ago, Claire as my Chiro to aid me on the tail end of my recovery (Thanks you two! I'm back to weight training now!) and Julie and Jodi as my massage therapists, they are great and really know how to work out any tightness I've had so far. I think you could get a great massage with many therapists, but Sydney really teaches you what your body has been doing, how to rehabilitate it, and helps to open up tight muscles you didn’t even know you had!

The receptionists and practitioners are so friendly and so knowledgeable. Location is great as it is a short drive from downtown. Shockwave therapy is a non-invasive and non-surgical treatment solution that utilizes radial shockwaves to help stimulate the healing of long-term tendon and musculoskeletal injuries.
