I've been going to Alyssa at Peak Health for a couple months now and my back feels so much better! She evaluated me, gave me stretches to work on and showed me how to do them in an easy to follow routine. Having other services and a "one-stop" shop is very convenient as I also receive massages from Julie and she works wonders on my back.
