Benefits of Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy can help you with rehabilitation from injuries or repetitive strain caused by working in an office, general chronic pain, or sports performance. Some of the benefits of physiotherapy include overall decreased pain, increased strength and coordination, and improved joint mobility. Physiotherapists can even help those who are not in pain, and those just wanting to move better and enhance their quality of life.

Stories of change, straight from the hearts of our clients.
Extremely helpful, friendly, professional staff. Best place in the city for physio. They've done an incredible job helping me manage three concussions, getting me back on track quicker than I thought possible.
- William Cameron
Janelle's techniques with needling and cupping are superior to any physio treatments I have had throughout my life. She treated multiple injuries in my elbow, achilles tendon and ankle that other clinics could not successfully treat or even slightly improve. I was back doing heavy weight training within a few weeks. I had a follow up MRI on my elbow and achilles which also proved rapid recovery from her work. She works in a very efficient manner to maximize each appointment for a speedy recovery. I will never go to any other clinic.
- Sean O’Rourke
I highly recommend all the practitioners at Peak Health and Performance. My family and I have been seeing various practitioners for our ailments since we arrived in Calgary in 2013. There is no pressure to book future appointments unless they are necessary - often it's on a 'see how you feel next week and book with me then' basis. We are very happy patients!
- Anne-Marie N.
I had to visit multiple different clinics/practitioners over the years before settling with Peak Health. They have a very dynamic team of top notch practitioners in all domains (chiro, physio, massage therapy, etc.). All the practitioners I met are very active people that understand your needs if you're into sports / outdoor activities.
- Maxim Beaulieu
I have been a client of Kevin’s for a few years. I had a complicated shoulder recovery after surgery. Kevin explained everything to me in great detail and provided a comprehensive rehab plan. I can’t say enough good things about this clinic from the professionalism of the doctors to the friendly front desk staff. Great clinic and I recommend it to all my friends.
- Cory Comeau
Jessica's overall knowledge is commendable. She is a good listener and always suggests exercises you can easily perform at home to help with your situation. Jessica is a true professional who clearly enjoys her profession and takes pride in delivering a massage of high calibre using various techniques and tools.
- Maryse Bischoff
I had knee surgery and then started seeing Kajal to begin my recovery. She built a comprehensive plan to restrengthen my knee, which was easy to follow and implement at home. After following the plan, I was able to return to competitive sport early and with full confidence.
- Chris S
Peak is the best! I can't say enough about how they have helped me to feel better and encouraged in my healing. Dr Logan Gerwing has changed my life. I have such an optimistic view of where my healing can go since I've started here!
- Megan Niccolls
Hands down the best clinic in Calgary. Firstly you will be greeted with a warm and friendly receptionist. The clinic is clean & has a calming feeling about it. Kevin is the best Chiropractor in Calgary in my opinion however the others are just as good. Mike does the best massages as well! I recommend all the time to anyone I meet needs a sports clinic! Thank you lovely people!
